We comply with all applicable anti-slavery and human trafficking legislation, including the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015.

We expect all suppliers, contractors and business partners to operate in accordance with applicable laws and to uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct. We seek to work only with organisations that treat their workers with dignity, fairness and respect, and that take appropriate steps to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking within their own operations and supply chains.

We recognise the Ethical Trading Initiative (ETI) Base Code and the UN Global Compact as internationally recognised standards for ethical employment practices, including fair working hours, appropriate wages, freedom of association and safe working conditions. We expect our suppliers to uphold these principles and encourage them to apply the same standards throughout their own supply chains.

Our supplier agreements include commitments to comply with applicable laws and our Code of Ethics. Where we become aware of any actual or suspected breach of these standards, we will investigate the matter and, where appropriate, take action, including terminating the business relationship.

We are committed to reviewing our practices regularly to help identify and mitigate the risk of modern slavery within our business and supply chain, and to promoting a culture of ethical and responsible business conduct.
